The National Association of Realtors announced their study results indicated 92% of people looking for a home go to the internet first and 50% of those purchased a house they saw first on the internet. And, this applies to all price ranges. I wonder what happens when a home buyer is on a Realtor website, Facebook, Realtor.com, Pinterest or Instagram and they see two homes for sale in their favorite neighborhood; one home photographed with a cell phone and the other home photographed by a professional architectural photographer? I really don't have to wonder, I know what happens and so do you. Flip, Flip, scroll, scroll right past the off color, slightly out of focus photos to the home with the stunning professional photos. If your home is photographed with a cell phone, you are literally helping sell your neighbors home.

When you are speaking with a Realtor about listing your home ask about having your home professionally photographed. Ask your Realtor about the plan for internet marketing and on what social media and websites will your home will be featured. Your home must be well represented on all of the internet and social media sites available to adequately compete in the residential real estate market today.
